Three workers from a Cardiff steel firm were taken to hospital by ambulance suffering from burns.
They were injured at the Tremorfa plant of Spanish steel-making firm Celsa on Saturday.
The Welsh Ambulance Service said they were taken to Cardiff's University Hospital of Wales at around 09:30 BST.
No more details have been released.
