A woman has died following a single-car crash on the A470 near Caerphilly on Sunday morning.
South Wales Police say the 36-year-old from Cardiff was taken to the city's University Hospital of Wales following the incident between Nantgarw and Taffs Well at 10:15 BST, but later died.
The road was closed for about four hours while work was carried out to find out what happened and to remove the red Peugeot 206.
Witnesses to the crash should call 101.
