A fugitive drug dealing conman from Swansea who went on the run in South Africa is due to learn if he will be extradited to the UK.
Martin Evans, 52, who swindled ostrich farm investors in south Wales out of £900,000, is being held in Johannesburg following his arrest on 2 August.
Evans was jailed for 21 years for conspiracy to supply cocaine and fraudulent trading in 2006, but disappeared in 2011.
He will appear in court on Monday.
Evans went on the run after failing to return from weekend prison release three years ago.
But earlier this month officers from the National Crime Agency and Interpol traced him to a housing complex in South Africa where he was arrested by police.
Evans, who also used the names Martin Roydon Evans, Martin Wayne Evans, Anthony Hall and Paul Kelly, was named as one of the UK's "most wanted" in 2012, when police suspected he was living a life of luxury in Cyprus.
