Motorists have been warned to be aware of difficult travel conditions on Friday morning as a yellow "be aware" warning is issued for ice.
The Met Office warning said icy stretches would develop on untreated surfaces following recent heavy rain and hail.
Natural Resources Wales has four flood warnings in place for rivers in Powys, Carmarthenshire and Monmouthshire and 13 flood alerts.
The warning covers most of Wales.
