Unemployment continued to fall in Northern Ireland in January, according to the latest official figures.
The number of people claiming unemployment benefit was down by 1,700 to 48,000.
That is the 25th month in a row that unemployment claims have fallen, suggesting a continued economic recovery.
Over the last 12 months the number of people on unemployment benefits has fallen by more than 10,000.
The second measure of joblessness, the unemployment rate, is also showing improvement. It now stands at 5.7%, which is the same as the UK average.
It is measured using the Labour Force Survey and now stands at 6.3%, just above the UK average of 6%.
The performance of the labour market has been the clearest sign of recovery in the Northern Ireland economy.
However, these strong figures do have one major weakness - they show that economic inactivity in Northern Ireland is continuing to increase.
That mainly refers to people of working age who are not looking for a job.
The executive is working on a strategy aiming to tackle this particular problem.
